For over 20 years, Bret has taught music in schools, private institutions, online, but always dreamed of teaching from home. He truly believes in helping a love of music flourish through his local community.
Bret is a multi-instrumentalist who studied and performed music since early childhood. He has 20+ years experience teaching (+30 performing!) drums, guitar, bass, and ukulele across multiple genres including rock, pop, jazz, folk, and classical. When it comes to teaching, Bret’s policy is to adapt to every student, and teach them in whatever way best fits their goals and abilities.
To Bret, music is more than a hobby, it's a way of life. He hopes to share the gift of music with as many people as possible, because to him, music is one of the primary contributors to his success, self-discipline, happiness, and motivation.
