Payments
Payments for recurring weekly lessons are processed at the final lesson of each month, covering the upcoming four weeks of sessions. If there are adjustments due to calendar events (such as five lessons in one month), your invoice will reflect those changes. Individual lessons can be scheduled as desired but do not guarantee a weekly timeslot. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of teacher absence, serious injury, or national holidays.
Missed Lessons and Rescheduling Policy
Lessons can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice; those missed without prior notification cannot be rescheduled, and managing your lesson schedule is the student or parent’s responsibility. Reminder notifications will only be sent for the first lesson and select holidays. Make-up lessons are subject to teacher availability, not guaranteed, and must be scheduled within four weeks, with no refunds available.
Drop-off and Pick-up Policy for Parents
We kindly ask all parents to drop off and pick up their children on time. Since there is no waiting area, timely arrivals help us maintain a smooth routine. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a positive environment for everyone. Thank you!
Withdrawal from Weekly Lessons
To withdraw from weekly lessons, a written notice must be submitted at least 48 hours before the billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. Lessons can be transferred to another student not currently enrolled.
General Policies
Next Door Music Lessons is not liable for any bodily injury incurred before, during, or after lessons unless due to unlawful negligence. Students should not attend lessons when ill to maintain a healthy environment. The teacher reserves the right to cancel lessons; in such cases, students can choose to reschedule or receive a refund.
